“I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. First it is so close to the cradle mountain visitor center, just 2 mins drive. Second the restaurant offer good breakfast and delicious dinner which exceeds my expectations, especially the hotel is inside the nation park area. Last but not least, the helpful and friendly staff. I would say every penny I spent in this hotel is worth it. ”

“We’re staying in Deluxe cabin for 4, there is not hot water in both washrooms and kitchen. We found out at 5pm, which the reception was closed. We ran to reception and asked for help, a staff called their boss, and they offered us another room. It was disastrous to worry about having no hot water in such cold weather, and we were exhausted to ran back and forth between cabin and reception, as our house is quite far from the reception. I expect our room was ready and being checked, before...

“Staff were lovely and helpful. The cabin had a really nice "homey" feel and we appreciated the books, dvds, card games, etc. that were available. Beautiful views and we could say hello to the donkeys every morning. Would come back again.”
