“The desk clerk was rude. She answered my question before I could ask it. We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate.”

“Breakfast was great, rooms were nice, the only downfall was the pool was closed and we were notified ahead of checking in which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They are doing maintenance to remove the hot tub”

Some concerns about other guests we saw but no issues arose as we were up early and back on the road before most others were up. Although the pool was overrun at night with guests seeming there just for that.”
