“We stayed here due to an emergency. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a water leak and the staff were rude and not accommodating, even though we were very tired. At breakfast, there was no flexibility when we slightly exceeded the time limit, and the tone was unfriendly. Nice location, but we would not return.”

Communication was difficult because very few staff members, including management, spoke English, leaving us feeling unsupported and uncertain about our options. The hotel itself was not what we expected. The lobby appeared old, shabby, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt more like a budget hostel than a hotel....
