Vista mozzafiato sul mare, un piccolo paradiso.
Situato al piano terra di una tipica villa di Mentone completamente rinnovata nel 2012, l'appartamento gode di comfort moderni e confortevoli. Vicino al centro cittĂ , alle spiagge e al porto, il posto Ăš molto tranquillo e residenziale. Il mare Ăš a 5 minuti a piedi, nonchĂ© il centro cittĂ  e i mercati. Stazioni ferroviarie a Mentone a 600 metri (strada e sncf) puoi raggiungere Monaco o l'Italia in pochi minuti senza dover usare la macchina, Ăš piĂč pratico !!!
L'appartamento Ăš composto da un ingresso, una sala da pranzo, DORMIRE PER 6 PERSONE MASSIMO una camera da letto con un grande letto da 160 cm una camera da letto a nicchia con un letto da 140 cm, nel soggiorno un divano letto per due persone, due bagni ciascuno con doccia e vasca WC per quello piĂč grande.
La terrazza di 140 m2 Ăš dotata di una griglia plancha e un barbecue a gas, una zona pranzo sotto il pergolato dove si possono apprezzare con calma le bellezze del sito e anche un mobile da giardino con 'una grande chaise longue e due poltrone con tavolo per la colazione.
Terrazza adiacente di 140 m2 con vista panoramica sul mare. Cucina e sala da pranzo, solarium e sala relax di fronte alla vasca idromassaggio.
Dopo aver fatto un bagno rilassante nella vasca idromassaggio (l'acqua viene riscaldata a 30 ° puoi riposare sulle poltrone e prendere il sole o rifugiarti all'ombra dei portici godendo l'arte di vivere a Mentone.
La cittĂ  di Mentone, vicino all'Italia e a Monaco, gode di un microclima molto piacevole durante tutto l'anno e la vegetazione Ăš tropicale.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The sea view is absolutely breathtaking, and the large lush garden is full of charm, with places to relax in both sun and shade. Even when it rained (which was only one day) we could sit outside comfortably under the covered area and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Very calm and quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself has been very thoughtfully updated. The gourmet kitchen and bathrooms were a pleasure to use, and the master bed was very comfortable. One detail we really appreciated was the screened window in the master bedroom—unusual in France, at least in our experience—and it allowed us to sleep with the window open and wake to the sound of song birds and the gentle call of gulls. Magnificent. The owners were exceptional—always responsive and helpful, replying to any questions within minutes of texting them. The location is quite ideal. A 10 minute walk down the hill and you were in town and near the sea- if you have a car (which we did) there is a private parking spot- also a wonderful bonus. The apartment has a bit more furniture and items than I personally prefer, but that’s just a matter of taste and may not be an issue for others.For us, it was a lovely and memorable place to stay—I recommend it!

We are two ladies in our 80’s who stayed in this gorgeous property for three weeks, without a car. It was a fabulous experience from check-in to check-out. A beautiful home with every amenity. A comfortable and welcoming place after a day of walking and site seeing. The terrace and garden, however, were the jewel of the property, with sunny spots to enjoy and cool and relaxing areas when the sun was too warm. The property and grounds were gorgeous and well maintained. Communication with the owners was easy. They were quickly responsive to any questions or problems we had. It was the perfect retreat.We would happily return.

Ein Traumurlaub in Menton!Wir hatten das VergnĂŒgen, in diesem wunderschönen Apartment mit einem atemberaubenden Blick ĂŒber Menton zu ĂŒbernachten. Jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und die malerische Aussicht zu genießen, war einfach unvergesslich. Das Highlight war definitiv der Jacuzzi, in dem wir uns nach einem langen Tag wunderbar entspannen konnten.Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat dafĂŒr gesorgt, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fĂŒhlten und stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ihre herzliche Art hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.Wir können dieses Apartment jedem wĂ€rmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen Urlaub in Menton verbringen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit top Ausstattung und sensationellem Blick ĂŒber Menton. Der Jacuzzi ist ein richtiger kleiner Swimmingpool und die Terrasse bietet viele schöne Ecken zum verweilen. Michel war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Wir wĂŒrden immer wieder gerne dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette maison, située sur les hauteurs de Menton, avec une vue magnifique, sur la mer. La maison est trÚs bien équipée, avec goût, la terrasse fleurie, arborée permet de s'abriter de la chaleur et aprÚs les visites quel plaisir de pouvoir se baigner dans la petite piscine. Nous remercions MichÚle et Gérard pour leur accueil et pour leur disponibilité par téléphone en cas de besoin.

Wir haben zu 3 mit 2 Hunden eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft gehabt. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wenn Fragen aufkamen war Michele sofort erreichbar. Wir werden da bestimmt nochmals einkehren.

This is a lovely apartment with great views of the sea and a beautiful garden/ eating area on the terrace. The apartment inside is comfortable and the kitchen works well. We spent 5 weeks in the apartment and cooked multiple meals a week. You can walk to the heart of Menton in just over 5 mins and the beach in 10 minutes. The last 200 meters or so back up is a bit steep but at 59 with a bad knee I made it without any difficulty and would not hesitate to stay here again. Michele’s communication was terrific. She is very responsive and a delight to work with. The apartment is a 15 min walk to the train station. We Walked to the station multiple times a week as Menton is a great base to move around the Cote D’Azur by train or bus. My wife and I had a great experience living in Michele’s apartment😀

La villa Christie nous a permis un sĂ©jour incroyable avec une vue magnifique! Toutes les installations fonctionnaient bien. L’espĂšre extĂ©rieur est magique. Menton est une belle ville accueillante. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit außergewöhnlichem, in mehrere Sitzbereiche unterteilten Garten. „Million-Dollar-View“ ĂŒber Stadt und Bucht. MichĂšle hatte uns freundlicherweise fĂŒr eine erste Mahlzeit etwas in den KĂŒhlschrank gestellt. Der Kontakt war bestens, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und auch Tipps fĂŒr Unternehmungen in der Gegend gegeben.

Extremely nice and generous hosts. Equipped the fridge with all necessities. Very nice terrasse and garden facing south. Weather was so nice we could lounge in the sun in January. Short walk down the steep hill into Menton. Apartment is a home, no holiday rental. Very personally decorated and extremely well equipped. Will come back.

We had a great time in Menton . The property was excellent situated Great views and sitting areas outside . Unfortunately the sleeping was a problem no air condition which was supposed to be installed and certainly did not like the bed clothes a . Disappointed the bbq was filthy and not able to use . If those 2 things we right it would have been the most perfect stay imaginable

Stayed here with our teenage boys, and we loved the view, pool, patio, and the house. We only used our car once during our stay, we got a lot of exercise walking down to the town and beach 😃 The only thing that could have made our stay more pleasant, is better beds 🙏 We would love to stay here again, and MichĂšle made us feel so welcome and comfortable đŸ‘ŒđŸŒâœšïž

Wir waren 4 Personen und fĂŒr eine Woche, Ende Mai, zu Gast bei Michele in dieser Wohnung. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, auch was den großen Außenbereich angeht. Der Vermieter ist sehr besorgt um das Wohl seiner GĂ€ste und fragt hĂ€ufiger per Mail nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Der Blick auf Menton und das Mittelmeer ist ein Traum. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Mein Mann und ich haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbringen dĂŒrfen. Der Check in lief absolut reibungslos und die Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber. Wir fanden sogar Zutaten fĂŒr ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck im KĂŒhlschrank und kalte GetrĂ€nke, so dass wir am Ankunftstag nicht mehr einkaufen mussten! Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend! Der Jacuzzi bietet ein angenehme Erfrischung. Wir sind schon das vierte Mal in Menton aber dieses Mal haben wir einfach nur entspannen können, weil wir uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung und auf der großen Terrasse gefĂŒhlt haben. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefĂŒhlt auch wenn wir Sie diesmal nicht persönlich kennen gelernt haben. Auch die Dame, die die Betreuung vor Ort ĂŒbernommen hat, war ganz reizend! Vielen lieben Dank fĂŒr alles! Wir werden auf alle FĂ€lle wiederkommen! Isabel und Franz

Villa parfaite, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et tout confort, qu’on n’a pas envie de quitter ! Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour merveilleux, MichĂšle est trĂšs Ă  l’écoute et disponible pour rĂ©pondre Ă  la moindre des questions. L’intĂ©rieur est dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t, on s’y sent bien dĂšs l’arrivĂ©e. La terrasse est juste sublime avec cette vue incroyable sur Menton et la mer. Aucun vis Ă  vis, le chant des cigales, les transats, les plantes partout donnent l’impression d’un jardin suspendu. Le jacuzzi piscine complĂšte le rĂȘve, on peut mĂȘme y nager. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermĂ©s, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Encore merci aux deux MichĂšle pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil.

Wir haben eine supertolle Woche in dieser sehr liebevoll ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Terrasse ist wie auf den Bildern mehr ein traumhafter kleiner Garten mit Pool, AußenkĂŒche, Grill und toller Aussicht auf Menton und das Meer. Man kann von hier aus zu Fuß entweder zum Baden, zu den Restaurants und zu der schönen Altstadt aufbrechen. Den Abend kann man mit dem Blick auf die Lichter der Bucht und auf Menton beschließen. 10/10 Punkten!

Une vue imbattable, une terrasse extérieure à la végétation luxuriante qui tempÚre la chaleur, des équipements variés et neufs et un soin apporté à la décoration, une piscine parfaite pour les enfants, il y a tellement d'espaces que nous avons donné des surnoms aux différents "salons"... Encore merci aux propriétaires de ces biens d'exception de nous en faire profiter, nous avons beaucoup de chance !! Une résidence qui se mérite : on muscle ses fessiers en revenant de la plage ^^ (à savoir qu'il a un bus si besoin.) Merci beaucoup à MichÚle et Gérard pour leur accueil, la confiture était délicieuse :) Nous espérons de tout coeur revenir, et vous souhaitons une bonne continuation. valérie

freundliche Kommunikation, gut eingerichtet, wir haben es genossen; lediglich fĂŒr den Fußweg zurĂŒck aus der Stadt ziemlich steil bergauf braucht man Kondition (dies nur als Hinweis fĂŒr Familien mit kleineren Kindern oder Ă€lteren GĂ€sten)

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder + Hund) waren fĂŒr 9 Tage in Menton und nutzten die Unterkunft von MichĂšle. Die gesamte Organisation und Kommunikation war super. Die Unterkunft und die Aussicht war traumhaft. Vielen Dank MichĂšle.
