Renovated house in the center of Beausoleil

Spread over two floors, the house accommodates up to 6 people and features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom has a 160 cm bed, and the other has a 180 cm bed. The spacious upstairs living room, kitchen, and dining area is also equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable sofa bed, and a terrace with on the sea and casino view.



Arrival instructions will be sent to you 48 hours before the start of your stay. The entire We Care Conciergerie team is available online 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.



You will be in a residential area where there are lots of stairs in a typical Beausoleil area.
Beausoleil town center is very close. You now have the possibility of returning from the city center via an escalator.
In the city center of Beausoleil you will find everything you need from the supermarket, local restaurants, to the hairdresser. Monaco being at the Beausoleil junction, you will arrive in the Monte-Carlo district in 5/6 minutes.

The luxurous Larvotto beach of Monaco, with nice beach restaurants and clubs, is a leisurely walk of 10-15 minutes away. The Monabike plan will allow you to fully explore Beausoleil, Monaco and Cap d’Ail by bicycle.

The house is fully available to guests and spread over two floors. Please note that the staircase may be unsafe for small children, so the property is not recommended for families with toddlers.

Be aware that the house is located in a charming and authentic area of Beausoleil, where the streets are sloped and stairs are common. As a result, access may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

There is no private parking on-site. However, you can park on the street just above the house when spaces are available, for approximately €10 per day. Given the easy access to the town center, you may also choose to use the public car parks located there.

You’ll love this house for its comforts, tasteful decor, and ideal location—just minutes from the center of Beausoleil and a short walk to Monaco. Both the bedrooms and the bathroom have been recently renovated for your comfort.

Thanks to newly installed escalators, getting to the house on foot is easy. In just a few minutes down, you can reach Beausoleil’s town center, and Monaco is just 2 minutes further.

The property has two separate entrances, as it adjoins another house. Each home has its own private access, although both entrances are passable.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the entrance hallway leading to the two bedrooms and bathroom.

The right-hand bedroom is bright and features a double bed, spacious cabinets, and a dedicated workspace.

The left-hand bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, cabinets, and another workspace.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin.
A separate laundry room and extra storage are also available for your convenience.

Upstairs, the spacious and beautifully decorated living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (with nespresso machine, dish washer, oven, microwave, and central island), a bar area, a dining table, a small office corner, and a cozy lounge wtih sunshade. This space opens onto a charming sea-view terrace with an outdoor dining area—perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals in the sun using the electronic grill.

The house is equipped with high-speed fibre internet, ideal for remote work or streaming.

Please note: The stairs are not suitable for young children.


Please note that the house does not have private parking. However, metered parking is available on the street just above, for around €10 per day using the Indigo Neo app.

The nearest secure car park is the Parking Libération in the center of Beausoleil, approximately €25 per day. You can reserve a spot in advance via the Indigo app for added convenience.

If you're arriving by train—including from Nice Airport—you’ll have about a 12-minute walk to the house. Alternatively, you can take a bus from the train station to Beausoleil town center, then use the nearby escalators to reach the property.

By car or taxi, the house is approximately 38 minutes from Nice Airport.

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.

The cleaning fee covers the end-of-stay cleaning (so you don't have to do it) as well as the rental of bed linens and towels.
