Fantastic place, I don’t think the pics do it justice. Mme Lafond trĂ©s gentille and does the owner justice. We didn’t have a contact number but that was quickly remedied. I think we will definitely be back. C’était superbe. Merci x

An absolutely stunning apartment with amazing views of Monaco and the Mediterranean from the private balcony. Our housekeeper recommended dining at the restaurants in the medieval village - a 10 minute (uphill) walk up a path at the back gates. The food and the ambience at the restaurants was fantastic - we ate at 3 different place during our week! Thoroughly recommend!

Super unique spot legitimately in a chateau. I really liked the small medieval town of Roquebrune as well. Only issue was that AC was not working, but I was assured it is being fixed! So can't blame them for that. Madame Lefond is great- helpful if you know even just a tiny bit of french.

It clean, quiet, very simple, and has a nice view. There are four locks to get through to the apartment and someone must be onsite to let you in. This requires some coordination and inconveniences depending on your travel schedule. There was no soap anywhere to wash hands in any sink. So bring your own. You need to make your own bed, so give yourself time before bed to do that. The building dated, very large, and feels like nobody else is there. That is a good thing if you want to be away from people, but it feels like a haunted house if you like some energy around you. There is nothing happening around here and you are 20 minutes by car to Monaco.

The view from the apt is stunning. The apt building and grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Mme. Lafond was helpful and reliable in assisting us with check-in and out, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived late in the night. We hope to return to this gem of a location in Roquebrun.

We rented this apartement again this year and it was again a wonderful experience and stay! The site is lovely with a fantastic view to the sea and Monaco, the rooms are spacious and absolutely clean and modern, everything is in a very good condition and the terrace is the highlight. The ancient city of Roquebrune and many restaurants are right around the corner. Thank you very much - especially to Madame Lafond, who had always a smile for uns! We will come back!

Everything was great except the contact person did not speak English and we do not speak French. So we had to involve our French friends to communicate for us. Also I would recommend the owner to provide shampoo as we would expect it in any rental place. Honestly, we did not have time to go shopping for a shampoo and we could not bring it from overseas. Location is great! View is unbeatable! The size of the apartment is very roomy and comfortable. I would recommend it.

Die Wohnung ist ideal fĂŒr zwei Personen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Blick von der Terrasse kaum zu ĂŒberbieten. Die gesamte Anlage ist extrem gepflegt. Die Lage erlaubt viele AktivitĂ€ten, und man ist sehr schnell in Monaco und Menton Probleme werden sofort gelöst.

The condo was very clean and spacious. The patio looking out to Monaco was spectacular! Jonathan was very responsive with all our question. Mme Lafond was very helpful as well. We would definitely recommend you stay here. When we come back to the Cote D’Azur we will stay at Johnathan’s again for sure!

Nice stay! A lovely French host. Modern small European kitchen with everything you need. Nice bathrooo. If you love to hike and go for long walks and adventure, this is it! Visit the chateau medieval. The local bus is nearby to take you to any train station and Menton and Italy. A nice Cafe and a restaurant nearby with outdoor dining. A very special place. I will definitely stay here again.

Le seul bĂ©mol rĂ©side dans la "non proximitĂ©" immĂ©diate de commerces et de la plage. Cela Ă©tait attendu et non garanti, donc toutes les promesses ont Ă©tĂ© tenues. L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© organisĂ©, simple et convivial. les formalitĂ©s d'entrĂ©e et de sortie se sont dĂ©roulĂ©es de façon extrĂȘmement aisĂ©e et plaisante.

The chñteau is beautiful inside and outside, the patio / balcony was massive and had amazing views across the bay to Monaco. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to self cater for our week. It was easy to locate and had a dedicated parking space. There were a few minor issues that required to be addressed (advised to property manager) ie the toilet seat was the incorrect size and kept coming lose, the electrical supplies tripped (reset ok), cooker extractor light defective - the apartment was very clean however a little TLC is required of the extractor fans and overhead fan to remove the dust. We would certainly recommend to friends and consider staying here again if I’m the area. Thank you for a wonderful week

Toen we de foto van het uitzicht van dit appartement zagen, dachten we eerst dat het een verkooptruc was. Maar het uitzicht is daadwerkelijk adembenemend: je kijkt uit op zee, op de bergen en in de verte ligt Monaco. De omgeving van Roquebrun Cap-Martin is mooi om te wandelen, in het dorpje zelf, op de promenade beneden aan zee (wel even met de auto naartoe), of naar Gorbio. Het appartement ligt wel wat hoger, dus naar het strand is heel wat trappen afdalen (en later weer beklimmen) of met de auto ernaartoe. Het appartement is lekker koel met de airco en heerlijk ruim van binnen. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf hier.
