“The gentleman that checked us in was beyond amazing very helpful very friendly. We will definitely come back again. ”

“The room was very large. I asked for a king bed and got two Queen beds. We had to get up at 3 am. There was no hot water at that time. My husband had hot water at 4 am. There should be 24 hour hot water. They had 24 hour shuttle service and the driver helped us with our luggage. The staff was helpful and said they would report the water issue. ”

“Room was clean. Staff was great and accommodating. Complimentary Breakfast was a plus .”

“The hotel is not in the best area. It is clean and very nice inside. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was very expensive and slow. They had one young man working who was nice but overwhelmed. We did not eat there the second day. ”

“Everything is clean, fresh, and looks great at this hotel! I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is friendly and the hotel does a great job to make sure everything is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you are visiting the other surrounding cities in the Bay Area. Its close to the freeway and has a lot of restaurants nearby to eat at.”

“Stayed for a night. Bed was comfy, shower worked. Hotel is a bit run down and not sure if I will get my security deposit back since it hasn’t hit my account yet but did the job for a night. ”

“Yes, very Room very nice Staff- appear to be mad about something Staff- when asked to extend my stay, I was told “no” , but I was never told why. ”

“The property, lobby, elevator were so dirty and run down it was scary. It is also in a sketchy area. We were, however, pleasantly surprised that the room was clean and had nice beds. The AC wasn’t working so window needed to be opened which meant smelling smoke from other tenants smoking out their windows.”

“Diverso rispetto a quanto descritto. Si parla di cucina attrezzata, ma in realtà non sono presenti pentole o stoviglie. I mezzi pubblici sono vicini ma assai costosi ( tragitto in bus 2,10 dollari a tratta,tragitto in Bart per raggiungere il centro da 3,75 a 5,00 dollari a tratta). Camere spaziose. Spiaggia vicina ma non molto godibile.”
