“the apartment we had was on the 2nd floor WITHOUT A LIFT. Bringing our heavy luggages for 5 flights of stairs was really hard. Our apartment had the living room with the WC on the ground floor and the night area on a mezzanine floor. The stairs leading to the mezzanine floor was very tight and steep. For me that kind of accomodation is completely unacceptable above all if you consider the price which is quite expensive. I informed the concierge and they gave me a stupid reply. Since that...

“I loved everything!! Marina speaks fluent Italian so even though I can get by with English, having someone to talk to without any communication issues was the best. I loved their food, the cooks are spectacular!! Breakfast and dinner were always so good that I gained 2 kilos. The apartments and the building, being a new...

“This is a very old and unmaintained hotel. The rooms were dirty, the breakfast was barely any choices and the staff did not care much about anything. The pool was so dirty you could see things floating around. The only good thing about this hotel is location.”
