“Great choices for the breakfast, clean rooms. Lobby has welcoming seating and lounging sofas. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Only complaints are: the quality of the tissue and toilet paper - thin and not soft. Water pressure low and terrible picture image on TV due to low bandwidth. ”

“Very cozy and luxurious feeling. The staff were top shelf and the underground parking (free) was excellent to have. The only minor annoyance was the people upstairs were very heavy footed and you could hear their toilet flushing.”

“We were 5 couples renting this home a full week, for the U19AA ringette Nationals, this place was perfect for our stay, lots of room, bright and spacious areas for everyone to have their own space and bathroom. The kitchen was awesome, well equipped with everything we needed. Character place beautifully renovated. Even office space for working parents to use and two laundry rooms. “Great stay! Very accommodating hosts. Breakfast was great and on time. Also, very convenient location, with easy access to restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. ”

“Our room had no heat. We shivered all night. When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”. So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. Terrible breach of good business practice. Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce. With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant.”
