The space
Casa da Floresta is a lovely place that is in the middle of nature, providing a unique experience for our guests. Situated halfway to national 304, it offers easy access to the natural wonders of the region and is surrounded by incredible landscapes with breathtaking views of the mountains.

The home was an old school, hence the name “Forest School.” During the process of transformation, we have preserved some of its elements, such as the classroom board and other accessories, which can still be found around the house, providing nostalgia to everyone who passes through it.
The natural light that bathes the house is simply second to none, making the interior spaces welcoming and inviting. All windows overlook the mountains, providing an inspiring backdrop to relax and connect you with nature.

The garden is a true getaway, with a pool to cool off on the hottest days and a barbecue to enjoy delicious outdoor meals, surrounded by the tranquility of nature.
For kids, there's a huge garden with a goal, perfect for play and outdoor fun.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire “Forest School”. The house is completely private and will not be shared with other guests during their stay.
Other things to note
The location of the “Forest School” is ideal for nature lovers and tranquility. It is situated near the Fisgas de Ermelo, which offers scenic waterfalls. Access to Fisgas de Ermelo is approximately 10 kms away.

The Olo River, which is 500 meters from home, is a perfect spot for picnics by the crystal clear water, in a true paradisiacal setting.

We have a kitten living in the house called "Raven".
She is very sociable and loving. We ask that you treat it with love and affection, as if it were your own.
If you're allergic to cats, don't book your stay at Casa da Floresta.
