“We travel with two dogs and a service dog. I called this motel on the day I was booking our room. I made arrangements prior to booking with the motel for the 2 dogs and my service dog. Upon arrival the desk clerk wanted proof that my service dog was certified, something that does not exist. I offered to give the clerk a copy of the ADA guidelines but instead he wanted me to pay cash for the dog deposit for the other 2 dogs and if I paid cash he would give me a discount. “Child running desk, back door propped open, sketchy things in parking lot that child had no interest in inspecting and red stains on carpet and lampshades in the king suite. Mattress was wobbly and had a dip and husband woke up with a tick. Don’t stay here.”

“This hotel is old. It doesn't look bad from the outside, but the inside needs a lot of work. There's black mold inside the shower, and we had a handful of ants. The breakfast was just waffles, cereal, yogurt, and bagels. This was a quick trip, and we didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for a hotel in Lynchburg for graduation, so I acknowledge this was a choice, but I would not stay here again, regardless of the cost.
