Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent Chalet Mas Monts, a sumptuous 400 m² property delivered in 2025, nestling in the unspoilt hamlet of Serre-Barbin, just a few minutes from Monêtier-les-Bains.

Designed to accommodate large families or groups of friends, this exceptional chalet combines contemporary elegance, fine materials and absolute comfort, set against the spectacular panorama of the Écrins massif. With its cathedral-vaulted living area, refined décor and generous outdoor spaces, this luxury retreat is the ideal setting for an unforgettable get-together in the mountains. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests.

Please note that a chalet is currently under construction nearby, situated slightly lower down the slope.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

– A top-of-the-range open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (oven, two dishwashers, hob, microwave, coffee machine, etc.), opening onto the living room
– Direct access to a large panoramic terrace to fully enjoy the Alpine scenery

The sleeping areas (spread across the chalet’s various levels):
– A first master suite featuring a king-size bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with toilet
– A second master suite featuring a king-size bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with toilet
– A third double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its own en-suite bathroom with toilet
– A fourth double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its own en-suite bathroom with toilet
– A cosy dormitory, ideal for children, comprising a double bed (140x190) and two bunk beds (two single beds measuring 90x190), with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet
– Each bedroom in the chalet thus enjoys its own privacy, with an en-suite bathroom or shower room and private toilet.

– A large terrace extending the living space on the first floor, with garden furniture (table and chairs) for your moments of relaxation

For your comfort, bed linen is provided, firewood is included, and your beds will be made up for your arrival.

Nearby activities:
The chalet is ideally located for exploring the Serre Chevalier valley:

- Skiing and snowboarding: the Serre-Chevalier ski area can be reached in just a few minutes from the Monêtier-1500 snow front (ski lifts and shuttle buses).
- Relaxation: the famous Grands Bains Thermaux du Monêtier are right next door for after-ski relaxation.
- Amenities: village shops, bakeries, equipment hire companies and restaurants in the centre of Le Monêtier accessible by car or shuttle bus
- Nature: high-altitude hiking trails and snowshoeing and cross-country skiing routes starting from the hamlet

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, there are five private parking spaces on site.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:

- Station shuttles: regular stops nearby for easy travel between the different villages in the valley
- Nearest train station: Briançon station about 15 minutes away by car
