We are offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in the village of Monfaucon. It has a floor area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely living room with a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower and bath). You can enjoy a garden of around 3,000 m²! Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 180 m² living area with sofas, coffee table, fireplace (wood provided), dining area and TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, hob… and dining area
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet

- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) and two single beds (80×200), shower room with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (80×200)

Outside:
- A private swimming pool (4×8), unheated, unfenced, secured by an alarm and open from 15 May to 15 October.
- A beautiful, wooded garden of 3,000 m², enclosed and private, with garden furniture
- Terrace 1: 35 m² surrounding the swimming pool with furniture for enjoying sunny days
- Terrace 2: 12 m² in front of the kitchen with a barbecue
- Terrace 3: 15 m², covered, with furniture
