Room was accommodated in the modern block but not dissappointed as very light and roomy. Great coffee machine with fresh milk in the fridge along with water. Nice bathroom ”

“We had a really nice 2 night stay, we checked in earlier as our room was ready, which was a lovely start. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. “We wanted a pet friendly hotel and boy, did we get it. Every member of staff treated our little pup like royalty. In the room there was a comfortable bed for her with a towel and 2 blankets along with some bowls but the piece de resistance was a the little bag containing poop bags, treats and a ball. "Very nice stay. Hotel is in good position for both city Centre and temple meads station. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
