Superb villa with a private pool for max 15 pers

Accommodation description:
Imposing villa on top of a hill with spectacular views over the valley and near the well-known town of Belves. Besides a large private swimming pool and several terraces, the house has a large surrounding area, which you and the children can use.
The large summer kitchen has everything for a large family group to enjoy sitting and cooking, as it has
a huge pizza oven, a cooker, and a large plancha grill for long, blissful evenings enjoying local delicacies

The house comprises three floors; one enters on the first floor via an external staircase that immediately arrives at the swimming pool. There is a vast terrace here, and you can admire the beautiful views. The pool has a gate to the main house and the front terrace, so your children cannot enter the pool alone. The interior is tasteful and matches the house's atmosphere. The basement can also be an independent living space with a bedroom and bathroom, e.g., for grandparents or someone who wants more privacy. There is also a cozy living room with a bar and several seating areas. Most of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.

Monplaisant is just below the Dordogne Valley, and most major tourist attractions are nearby
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Une grande maison, avec une très grande piscine et une cuisine d'été exceptionnelle. Toutefois, le mobilier et les équipements mériteraient un sérieux rafraichissement (certains draps sont râpeux, il n'y a que des voilages clairs dans certaines chambres, qui n'occultent pas du tout la lumière, tous les escaliers - intérieurs et extérieurs - sont particulièrement mal ficus, voire dangereux, le mobilier est affreux).
