“Upon entering the lobby it had a strong musty odor. The same overwhelming smell was in the room. Sheets were stained and room was not cleaned. My son found a half empty coke bottle and my daughter found another guest’s underwear. Sink had grime in it. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly. When I told the front desk they did not seem to care and stated they couldn’t refund me since I waited until night to report this. “I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered.”

“The staff was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the history of the property. My room was clean, there were plenty of towels, and a wonderful bed, with a variety of pillows. The greenbelt and a path to the river made walking my dog very enjoyable.”

“Very clean house with stunning views of the Skykomish river with mountains behind. There were a few little treats left by the owner which enhanced the stay. Overall though, I felt safe and loved the vibe and history of the place. We immediately felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Our stay was pleasant.”
