Skykomish River Estate | 5 Acre, 5 Bed, Riverfront

Come bask in all the peace and tranquility Skykomish River valley has to offer! Our 5-acre estate sits on the gorgeous Skykomish River. Perfect for corporate retreats and family reunions, it features indoor/outdoor dining, entertainment areas, and six beds. Conveniently located under 30 minutes from Woodinville wine country, Snohomish shopping, the Evergreen State Fairgrounds, and popular hikes at Stevens Pass. Enjoy a restful, private setting and everything you need for a memorable getaway.

This beautiful estate offers amenities to dream about! With five bedrooms & six beds, the house can sleep twelve people with a variety of sleeping arrangements and plenty of privacy between groups.

Sleeping arrangements:
The primary bedroom on the upper floor will take your breath away with a king bed, small private deck, and attached bath with two-person jetted tub, or wash your cares away under the dual-headed oversized shower.

One queen bedroom and one full-size mattress bunk bedroom down the hall complete the main (upper) floor bedrooms.

Downstairs at the ground entrance level, there is a second living space with full kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms.
One room boasts a queen bed, TV, and sliding glass door to the lower deck and desk area. The second bedroom offers a quaint twin daybed, ideal for a solo sleeper or a kids room where you can set up a pack-n-play. We have several dedicated desk spaces making this a perfect getaway for anyone who needs to bring work along with them.


Events:
We are happy to accept events on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Our event fee varies depending on the amount of guests who will be attending. Please feel free to tell us all the details of your gathering - we`d absolutely love to help facilitate a magical event for you!

Kitchen:
Newly renovated, the expansive kitchen makes cooking for groups a dream. Enjoy the ease of having a double oven, two sinks, ample counter space, an oversized kitchen island with a drink fridge and extra large fridge/freezer on hand.

Dining:
Seat your crew at the dinner table indoors, or enjoy outdoor dining - we can`t recommend it enough! The upper deck hosts plenty of seating and a Blackstone grill for a delicious meal, and cushioned chairs and couches around the deck coffee table are a perfect place to lounge and chat.

The lower deck brings after dinner fun with a ping-pong table fit for champions or a mellow soak in the hot tub!


Outdoor activities:
The estate has entertainment options for all. The private riverside beach is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite drinks in Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, or for the more adventurous, bring your inner tubes and float the river! Water play will keep young ones in the family busy all day. There is a treehouse perfect for kiddos, and all-day entertainment with outdoor games including soccer, ping-pong, frisbee golf, and a swingset.
Feeling like a stroll? We have large lawns as well as natural-cut forest pockets where you can see plenty of native Washington plant life.

Tech:
Wi-Fi is provided in the home, and there is strong 5g coverage across the entire property.

The entire home and property are yours to enjoy. The garage is used for personal storage and unavailable for guests, but plenty of parking is available on the gravel parking area in front of the home.

I respond most quickly to messages through the app, but will answer a call just as quick as I can!

Our neighborhood is a quiet, waterfront community. The size of the estate leaves lots of room for privacy, even when outdoors. In less than 15 minutes drive you can access the main Monroe city with a wonderful downtown full of great food, unique shops and a wonderful whiskey bar on the weekends! There are nearby parks with beach access, and with private access in the backyard you can float the river from the estate to the parks! For a day activity we are less than 30 min drive to Wallace Falls and other well-loved hikes.

There is plenty of parking directly in front of the house. There is a single step up onto the front porch and another short step inside - please review photos to see downstairs portions of the home (accessible without additional stairs) and upstairs rooms.

We have a children`s pack and play available for use, kept in the downstairs queen size bedroom!

No smoking or vaping is allowed at our home

We do accept events on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee (please inquire for wedding requests and rates)

We do not accept underage bookings - must be 21+

Our neighborhood enforces quiet hours that begins at 10pm sharp, please keep this in mind when considering us for your special events

Any guests staying the night at the property must be included on the reservation, and we ask any guests who are booking on behalf of someone else to disclose that ahead of time, thanks so much!
