The spacious house is located in an absolutely quiet residential area with low single houses without high-rise buildings, and yet only 600 metres from the village centre. The beach is approx. 1 km away and has a fantastic large sandy beach with very clean bathing water (awarded the blue flag by the EU) with many small bays. You can see the nearby mountains and the air is exceptionally good. You will also find plenty of peace and quiet to switch off, and in the village you will find everything you need for your holidays and more, including bike hire, water sports, ..... nightlife, restaurants and shopping. The ingrown and secluded garden is furnished with dining areas and loungers, as well as a brick-built outdoor barbecue. The patio/courtyard behind the house is accessible via the kitchen and the garage and is also furnished with a dining area. Lemons grow there, which you are welcome to pick. There is also a practical additional outdoor shower, which provides refreshment in summer. The kitchen is modernly equipped: dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave, coffee machine..... The bedrooms can be darkened and are equipped with large built-in wardrobes, a washing machine and a hairdryer in the bathroom.
