On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that opens onto the living-dining room, creating a spacious and welcoming space.

It has 3 bedrooms, one with two single beds, another with a 160 cm double bed, and another with a 140 cm bed, as well as 3 full bathrooms.

The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms, television with French and Spanish channels, Wi-Fi connection, and a terrace on the ground floor to enjoy the outdoors at any time of day.

In the garden, you can relax in the private pool and share special moments around the charcoal barbecue, ideal for cooking and enjoying meals outdoors.

You can park comfortably in front of the garage.

Groups of young people, parties, and guests under the age of 25 are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
