“Had trouble with the AC and heat but made it work. The shower adjustment was hard to figure out but we made it work also. The bed side lamps were blinding so we hardly used them.There was a big mirror in a frame leaning up against the wall and not sure if that would be safe if we had kids. But other than that everything else was good. Didn't like them taking $100.00 off my mastercard for just in case damage and I still have not got it back yet and was told it could take up to a week”

The place is not well lit. And even though, my room was very clean, there was a lot of damnage to the floor, to the walls and the bedding. “Everything was clean, the room was great, breakfast was great. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is its lack of accessibility. There is no elevator to the second floor and the carpet on the main staircase is a pattern such that the stairs blend in. It would be very easy for someone to miss a stair and take a tumble. Fix those two issues and you would have a raving fan. Not the best place for older guests or those with mobility issues.”
