“I am giving a terrible rating for the hotels lack of empathy and unwillingness to be flexible. I have been going through chemo for the last 18 months but desperately wanted to take a vacation. Unfortunately I became ill while we were away and I had to go home. I tried to cancel a reservation with Gravity Haus and was refused twice for a refund or even a credit for a later date. There was absolutely no empathy or compassion from the staff. My son plays hockey in the area so we have to go there...

“Extremely Pet friendly with two large Dog Parks, one for smaller dogs, 25 lbs and less and another for larger breeds over 25 lbs. Waste bags were provided. The dog parks provided benches and seating for the owners. Beautiful Landscaping with paved trails too!”
