We warmly welcome you to this charming little studio completely renovated in 2020 and which is located on the 1st floor of a typical Picardy house (brick house).
This studio is ideal for those who wish to recharge their batteries alone or with two people. Our estate is located in the small village of Montagny-Sainte-Félicité, 20 minutes from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport.
The region, very historic, is full of beautiful castles, pretty villages of character and charming hiking trails within walking distance of the house. We are located at:

- 20 min from the RER B from Mitry-Mory to Paris Gare du Nord (35 min)
- 20 min from Senlis
- 30 min from Chantilly
- 10 min from the amusement park "La Mer de Sable"
- 5 minutes from Ermenonville and the Château des Visiteurs

- 5 minutes from the Plessis-Belleville aerodrome (LFPP) for our friends Aviators
