The converted coach house offers a fantastic large living room with table football, a second fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two en suite), and a family bathroom. For a touch of local flavour, the nearby village of Roquecor, only ten minutes’ drive, boasts a café bar, a restaurant, a grocery store, and a lively Sunday market. Larger supermarkets and a wider selection of shops can be found within 20–30 minutes in Villeneuve, Fumel, or Agen.
