  • Accogliente villa con vasca idromassaggio esterna a Montalcino con posizione frontale rispetto all'antica fortezza trecentesca nel cuore della Val d'Orcia, a pochi passi dalle tipiche botteghe del paese famoso in tutto il mondo per il vino "Brunello".
    Il proprietario di questa villa in affitto a Montalcino gestisce a brevissima distanza dalla casa un bellissimo e fornitissimo wine bar dove i clienti della villa possono recarsi per colazioni, pranzi, cene e degustazioni a prezzi scontati. E' possibile prenotare degustazioni private con sommelier nella Fortezza.
    Gli interni sanno conciliare lo stile e i comfort moderni con quelli tradizionali. All'esterno vi è un bel giardino che ospita una piscina e una terrazza fornita di barbecue, divani, poltroncine, vasca idromassaggio esterna (4 persone, 2,1 x 2,1 metri), tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto e godere della meravigliosa vista panoramica.

Ein gemütliches Haus. Eingerichtet mit allem was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Ein eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Herliche Aussicht in die Ferne und ins Grüne vom höchsten Punkt von Montalcino direkt neben der Festung. Nette Gastgeber die direkt vis a vis ein Hotel und eines der besten Retaurants im Ort führen. Nicht billig aber in Summe jeden Cent wert. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A cosy house. Furnished with everything that makes a stay pleasant. A private parking space right in front of the door. Beautiful view into the distance and into the greenery from the highest point of Montalcino right next to the fortress. Nice hosts who run a hotel directly opposite and one of the best restaurants in town. Not cheap but worth every cent.

The Villa is a perfect place for 6 people. It's convenient to all of Montalcino, especially the Fortezza and the Franci restaurant. It's well equipped and maintained. The staff are very helpful and extremely pleasant to interact with. The villa has on site parking for two (smallish) cars. My family has stayed twice in two years and will return.

Absolutely loved this villa in Montalcino. The location and setting were picturesque, the views were spectacular and the people were so nice and helpful. Really loved this place.

I loved the villa! The staff was amazing - friendly, gracious and very accommodating. They made lots of suggestions for our stay in the area. The restaurant was wonderful! I would highly recommend this location and this villa for anyone staying the Montalcino are.

The Villa was amazing. Quiet and serene, even though near the Fortezza. A true Tuscan experience with ample room for the 6 adults, all with separate bedrooms and connecting bathrooms. Have stayed in multiple villas throughout Italy. This is definitely one of our favorites and we will gladly return again.

Absolutely gorgeous

Montalcino is full of beauty and charm. Am enchanting fairy tale. The apartment was incredible with extraordinary views from every terrace and window. The location was outstanding and the owners have a wine shop/restaurant right across the street which was wonderful. The staff, Ricardo the sommelier , Elenora and the every one there were extremely helpful in organizing wine tastings , restaurant reservation and recommendations on where to go. They were so helpful . The owners are genuinely kind and gracious hosts. One night our taxi did not show up so the owner got into her car and drove us the restaurant and picked us up after. There is no question that my group would stay there again in a heartbeat…wonderful experience that we will remember fondly

The owners were absolutely delightful and welcoming in every way. They own a fabulous wine/ restaurant right across the street …it came in very handy! The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Ricardo the sommelier and Elenora, plus the wait staff were wonderful. They organized all our wine tastings, recommended restaurants, nearby towns to see and made all the reservations. What in incredible experience. We loved Montalcino and would go back in a heart beat

The Villa is a beautiful property, ideally located on the Piazza Della Fortezza. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Exterior spaces are inviting and provide great venues for conversation, food, and wine. The owners and overseers are very friendly, generous, and helpful. All in all, it was one of our best vacations sites ever.
