ApartHotel a Montale

“The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive with our stay. Anything we needed, they were onto it right away. Everything is a 10-15 minute walk away that you need for shopping, eating and spots around Florence to see. I do not think the price will stay the same for very long.. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...

“Not sure if it was just because it was September but there seemed to be a mosquito infestation. I killed at least 3 while I stayed there and still woke up being bit. Also the shower does not stay a stable temperature. If you're in there for long enough it will randomly change temp on you and you have to fiddle with it to get it right again. This will happen multiple times if you take long showers.”
