“Very clean resort the staff 7 out of 10 are rude or just seem mad to be there. No robes in room unless you’re VIP. Restaurants aren’t really good and there’s a limit to the all inclusive. “The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden.
The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant.
However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold.
In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. We didn’t feel welcome at all while checking in and she was always somehow rude every time we spoke with her.
