Ottimo soggiorno
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, incantati dalla natura selvaggia e dalla vista della via lattea, Pier e Carmela sono stati ospiti perfetti e la loro casa ha tutto quel che serve! In casa è presente l'aria condizionata in sala, ma vista l'ottima posizione della casa non è mai stato necessario utilizzarla. All'arrivo in spiaggia sono stati anche messi a nostra disposizione un ombrellone e 4 lettini, nonostante fosse agosto il luogo non era mai troppo affollato. Vi ringraziamo di cuore per averci accolti e coccolati!

Magnifique endroit
Nous avons passez un séjours formidable à la Casa Anita qui se trouve dans un endroit merveilleux. La maison possède tous ce qu il faut pour passer un agréable séjours. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soin pour tout conseil de visite ou de restaurant.

Privacy and style
We had a very nice holiday in the Casa Anita. Privacy, comfort and very nice hosts. Only the seeview on the picture is from the very corner of the garden so dont expect to be sitting and having see view.

Schöner Rückzugsort!
Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern und Hund, haben eine wundervolle entspannte Zeit in dem Haus von Carmela und Pier verbracht. Sie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie und entspricht genau den Fotos. Wir werden bei einem nächsten Italienaufenthalt gerne wieder hierher zurück kommen.

Une immersion dans la nature
Une maison cabane dans la nature avec une petite crique aménagée à 5 minutes à pieds, ambiance bon enfant et familiale pour des dîners au bord de l’eau.

We really enjoyed our holiday and were very well informed about everything. Fam Amarti are very nice and helpful as well as very hospitable. We would come back immediately because we liked it very much. The location of the house is also a dream, you are not far from the sea and the house itself has everything you need in terms of equipment. Thank you so much for everything and the hospitality. Ein erster Eindruck vom Paradies
Das Haus liegt in einem grünen Dschungel und ermöglicht durch die verschiedenen Gartenteile viele unterschiedliche Aufenthaltsbereiche, unterschiedliche Besonnung, Aussicht und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus selber ist funktionell eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ganz besonders sind die Eigentümer des Hauses - Camilla und Pier machen alles, damit der Aufenthalt zu einem Erfolg wird - DANKE! Der Monte Argentario ist wirklich eine oder mehrere Reisen wert - das nächste Mal werde ich aber mein Mountainbike und die Schnorchelausrüstung mitnehmen!

Super Ort
Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft für eine Woche Ende August. Die Familie ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Beide Vermieter können gut Englisch sprechen das man auch wenn man Fragen hat gut mit ihnen in Kontakt treten kann. Von der Villa sind es ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Meer. Vor der Villa hat man einen schönen Grillplatz der mit einem Sonnendach aus Bambus überdeckt ist. Das Auto kann man oben an der Straße parken.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.Es werden für jede Person mehrfache Hand- und Badetücher sowie Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt.In Porto Ercole gibt es einen guten Italiener namens "El Merendero".Man kann sein Auto ca. 5 Minuten entfernt von der Pizzeria für nur 50 Cent die Stunde parken.Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder bei der Familie zu Besuch sein.Es war einfach nur wundervoll.

Wonderful place, lovely hosts
We spent 8 days here in July. Pier & Carmela are excellent hosts and the friendliest people one can imagine. We were greeted with wine, cake and lovely hospitality. Anything we would need, they could help us with. The house is very cute, has all necessary amenities and is situated in beautiful surroundings. The garden area has a barbecue (which we did not get around to using but was readily available), lots of sun beds and chairs and, best of all (in our kids’ opinion) features quite a few friendly cats including kittens. The walk down to the beach area takes only a few minutes along footpaths and is very convenient. The beach itself is great as well. Made of rocks it allows for great swimming, snorkeling, boating, and so forth. The view above and below water is picturesque and we enjoyed a great summer holiday with daily swimming and sun soaking. There’s also a beach bar down there which we mostly used to purchase ice cream but there’s food and drinks available there, too. What can be said is that the road from Porto Santo Stefano over to Le Cannelle features stunning views across the sea, as you go up and down along the coast to quite some heights. You want to be sure you feel comfortable driving on a somewhat narrow road. That being said, there is not a lot of traffic and people look out and drive safely. We went back and forth for shopping at the supermarket a few times but mostly we stayed at the beach and the house. Overall we love the place and the hosts and hope to come back next year.
