“Very central but would ask for park side apartment as it would be quieter. Staff were friendly and the facilities good. Would stay again when visiting Ipswich.”

“Bathrooms are a bit old but very clean. Plenty of space in the room. Thought it may be noisy because of the freeway , but not bad at all.”

“The difficulty with this accommodation is that it sits between one-way streets. The entry is in one street and the car park in another. I did appreciate having the car in secure parking. When it was time to leave I had to find a way to get out of the carpark, which I needed the key for and then travel a few blocks in order to come in via the one-way streets to hand in the key via the other entrance. I did suggest that the hotel considers putting a key deposit box at the exits for the car parks....

“The departing day was Sanday. We had long time till our flight, then I would like the hotel keep my laggage until my depart time. They allow me for laggage survice only unti noon and the check out time was by 10AM. I couldn't to anyting for these ours and I wasted the time. The rason they did so was their reception survoce is only 2 hours between 10-12AM on Sunday. Their reception survice was until 9:00AM to 6:00PM for weekdays and 10AM to 2PM for Saturday. During the other time, nobody was in...
