The thermal pools (there were three) were unbelievable However, even better than the location and the pools were the staff who were amazing throughout our stay at this challenging COVID-19 time. There was nothing they would not help with or sort out for us. The dining experience is also to be recommended with a brilliant young chef and his team. Thank you, we will be back soon’. ”
