Whilst thanking you for staying in our Hotel, we note with great surprise that your stay with us was so horrible and that even after listing all the problems you encountered you didn’t bring forward your complaint to our management onsite and decided to denounce all online, leaving us only the option to replicate. As far as Parking is concerned we have NOT publicized on Hotels.com that we have a private parking area. Upon booking your room your kind self was already informed that no private parking was available onsite. We have used the parking area suggested for the last 20 years and not once ever since a car has been towed, when we indicate to our esteemed clients a determined parking space it is because we obviously know our customers can park there. If air-condition is left on, all through the night on full speed with windows open, the AC’s motor will get overworked and overheated causing noise and a malfunctioning cooling system. We always suggest to keep the windows closed and the air-condition on low speed ideal temp. between 18 ° - 20°. Bugs in your room you saw them we didn’t, so we don’t know what type of insects you found, we do yearly certified sanification of the premises, however we are just a few meters from open country side so flying insects could fly in, all rooms have a balcony and a bathroom window and if they are left open we can’t control what flies in. Our rooms are cleaned on a daily due to a fast turnover, if a client encounters such a serious problem it is of upmost importance the proprietaries knows and handles the problem asap. As far as our staff is concerned we are sorry we have seemed rude and unfriendly, sometimes language barriers do not help, it is always important to communicate any problems encountered with the management, complaints brought over on premises can always be solved, online unfortunately no.
