“Clean room! Nice people! We had a great stay.”

“The front desk staff were quick and polite. The room was clean and at a nice temperature- it was a hot day so a nicely cooled but not cold room was a lovely way to start my stay. Breakfast was on time and staff were polite. I let the front desk staff know that the tub drain was partially plugged and they thanked me and notified maintenance staff immediately. Well done!”

“Didn’t really use the facilities as we were only there one night passing through. However dinner was excellent. Lovely bar and restaurant. The room was good but unfortunately we were at the front next to a busy NOISY motorway. We did raise the issue but the hotel was full so couldn’t move rooms. Nice grounds and convenient for the motorway but I wouldn’t want to stay there more than one night or 2 as not much in the area. Very much an out of town industrial area. But nice by the lake.”

“Wonderful greeting and fast check in, offered to make dinner reservations for us on site which we took advantage of probably the best meal we had while visiting Montreal. Superior service from staff. The room was spotless and very large, grounds and pool/ hut tub amazing. Lovely place to walk around, relax on your own private deck. We are definitely going back again. We visited from Newfoundland, Canada”

“This is an older hotel. It was clean and beds were comfortable. It needs some updating. the young lady at the front desk was very helpful with our check in. Breakfast was a good variety.”
