“Un agréable séjour Alla Roccia dans une région sublimée par des sommets enneigés et une belle météo. Une chance pour mars. L'ensemble des prestations est conforme aux descriptions justes et clairs. L'accès et la préparation d'Alla Roccia était parfait. Un accueil soigné avec son plateau de produits. Nous avons pu disposer d'un très bon niveau de confort en terme d'équipements et de prestations. Nous avons apprécié la bonne literie pour des nuits reposantes et la grande baie vitrée...

“Die fast 200 Jahre alte Villa bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail und Kunstliebe eingerichtet, perfekte Küchenausstattung und wunderbarer Empfang durch Valentino. Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist von allen Zimmern unschlagbar. Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Man kann die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.”

However, please note that the house keepers are living in the house full time with your group. The pool chlorine level was too high and some family members had a rash. Former guests raised the issue, owner was aware of it and yet the issue wasn't addressed . Checkout time is at 9 AM and not 19 (7pm) as it is...

“Wir haben schon für den Herbst 2018. 2 Wochen gebucht. Wir sind dann zum vierten mal dort und sicher nicht das letzte mal. Das kann man nicht beschreiben das muss man einfach spüren und erleben. die Unterkunft wieder. Die Wohnung ist perfekt, sehr ruhig und sehr gemütlich; Man muß etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum See gehen, Wir können einen Aufenthalt empfehlen, und ich bin sicher, wir kommen zurück.”

“A wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Great garden. Plenty of space to spend time in the house. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again. We had a marvelous time!! Thanks a lot!”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Vermietung unkompliziert und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir (Gruppe von Erwachsenen mit (fast) erwachsenen Jugendlichen) haben die (sehr verregneten) Ostertage dort verbracht. Das Haus liess nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Betten haben gute Matratzen, es gibt genügend gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. Küche: genügend Geschirr und Besteck, Kühlschrank ist schön gross, im Untergeschoss gibt es noch einen...

“The property has a fabulous location and it very well fitted out. However some points which we were unaware of before our stay: only the downstairs bedroom, which I’d class as bedroom 3 had air con, no other part of the property had air con. The road leading to the property is single lane and twisty, encountering a vehicle coming the other way is a real problem. The property next door is being rebuilt , for the first 2 weekdays there was constant building noise, this was dealt with excellently...

“Logement propre et agréable. Il faut impérativement avoir une voiture pour aller en ville depuis l'hôtel si on ne veut pas marcher en bord de route. Le supermarché en face permet d'éviter d'avoir à aller en ville pour faire les courses, cela est pratique. Séjour agréable dans un hotel avec tout le nécessaire. ”

“Die Unterkunft von Roy und Daniela ist außergewöhnlich, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Maria T. war problemlos. Sie reagierte sehr zeitnah auf alle Anfragen und gab sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen. Alles in allem waren alle Familienmitglieder vollauf zufrieden!”
