Set in Montefiore dell’Aso, officially listed among Italy’s most beautiful villages, Casa Montefiori offers a rare combination of authenticity, tranquillity, and a truly unique setting. The house is the only private residence directly overlooking the main square, where daily life unfolds gently between the sound of church bells, the historic civic tower, and the presence of the town hall.

From the windows, you can enjoy open views of the square and experience the quiet rhythm of village life, far from mass tourism. Despite its peaceful atmosphere, the location is central and convenient, allowing you to step outside and immediately immerse yourself in the authentic character of the village.

Casa Montefiori is not a standard holiday rental, but a carefully preserved family home. It once belonged to our grandparents and still reflects a sense of beauty, balance, and elegance. Original architectural features such as exposed brick, traditional materials, wooden furniture, and curated details create a warm and refined atmosphere throughout the house.

The property is a spacious three-level home (approximately 211 sqm) designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, offering both privacy and shared living spaces.

three bedrooms:
• a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom
• a second bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double

an additional bathroom and a quiet study space, perfect for reading or remote work

On the top floor, a charming attic space opens onto views of the surrounding hills and mountains, offering beautiful sunsets and a soft natural light that accompanies the slower moments of the day: breakfasts, dinners, or simply time to unwind.

The house is equipped with fibre internet, making it suitable also for longer stays or remote working, while maintaining a strong connection to its historical identity.

The location is ideal for exploring the Marche region: the Adriatic coast can be reached in about 10 minutes, while the Sibillini Mountains and Gran Sasso National Park offer beautiful hiking opportunities within about an hour. The surrounding area is rich in vineyards, local restaurants, cultural sites, and small villages to discover.
