“It was a refreshing experience to be able to stay at the Turtle Towers Apartments. Everything was made to be as attractive as possible in the apartment. The green environs are a treat as well as access to a beach. The views from the balcony of the hill sides are breathtaking especially in the morning. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. “If it's broken don't expect it to be fixed any time soon. After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". Right on the heels of the toilet issue, the AC in my room quit working. I reported it the next morning, it wasn't fixed until I was back in the states 3 days later that i was notified it was fixed. “The administrators of the property are quite rigid in their arrangements, and the amenities in the kitchen are quite basic/rudimentary. ”

“Overall is was a fair stay. The pool had construction next to it so we didn’t bother to use. The front door need a better secure lock. It had a deadbolt and it didn’t close properly. It looked like the front door was open most of the time. Honestly, if a light kick in, it would open.
