"Perfect apartment in beautiful location. Stunning pool with vieews across to Volterra. Minor problem with the plumbing that was sorted out immediately. Apartment is bigger than the photos suggest - the ceiling is at least 10 feet high. Aparfment very well equipped."

"My husband and I enjoyed a 3 week stay at La Casetta. Paolo and Tania were very helpful in all respects. The garden and grounds were really well maintained. However we felt the picture on the website showing La Fornace del Borgo all lit up was misleading as the restaurant complex was empty and shut down waiting for a buyer. We thought it was more suited to two people...and finally thank Paolo for his immediate response to any query."

He was so accommodating and helpful, both before our arrival and during. He even took care of picking us up in Florence and also securing bus tickets with great seats upon our departure. "The apartment was well renovated and comfortable. It was a convenient location for sightseeing in the region, as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Chianti are all easily accessible. However, my husband and I were disappointed to find that there were many apartments on the farm, not just three, with another part of the property divided by a low wall. The website shows beautiful views which are from the balconies from the front of the apartment. The views were incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. Nicely appointed apartment within the town very close to the best little restaurants and architectural features of San Gimignano.
