La casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia ma anche dei bellissimi villaggi medievali come Todi, Montefalco, Bevania, ecc La casa ha tre appartamenti separati con ingresso indipendente, ma c’e Una grande cucina in cui noi siamo stati in 11 senza problemi (colazione ma’ anche quando la sera faceva più fresco). “Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer grandiosen Umgebung. Die Nähe zur Stadt Todi und die schöne Lage in den Hügeln um die Stadt ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit dem weitläufigen Grundstück und dem großen Pool ist sehr gut. In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal. “Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und Francesco (Besitzer des Anwesens) war bestens. Freundlich, schnell zuvorkommend und absolut nicht aufdringlich. Es ist ein altes Haus mit vielen Winkeln und Treppen, die Cotteges hatten eigene Kühlschränke. Das Anwesens ist sehr groß, alles was in der Beschreibung steht ist vorhanden. Francesco hatte eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen und trinken vorbereitet als wir ankamen und das Haus erklärt und den Pool alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Es ist ein altes Haus und wer...

The view over the surrounding countryside was breathtaking, and our evenings on the terrace were pure magic. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit.”

“Vacanza con due gruppi di amici e 6 ragazzini in totale. Casale splendido, molto confortevole, pulito. Ampi spazi esterni per il gioco e il relax, organizzazione e supporto impeccabili. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort e supporta gruppi numerosi in termini di vettovaglie e pentola e. Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa. Panorami da mozzare il fiato e un ampio tavolo esterno che abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo per ogni pasto, colazione inclusa.”

“La casa è un vero paradiso per tutta la famiglia: spazi ampi sia dentro che fuori, calcetto e ping pong e una bellissima piscina. Unici punti negativi: aria condizionata solo nelle camere ma per fortuna c'era, non ci sono zanzariere e il posto è a 1 ora di strada dalla maggior parte dei posti da visitare con delle strade parecchio dissestate. Nel complesso un'ottima scelta per una vacanza rilassante con una famiglia numerosa (eravamo in 13). Grazie di tutto”
