Located in the countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino, town famous for its pottery, Betony Cottage is immersed in the Tuscan hills, surrounded by ancient olive and cypress trees. You can enjoy the peace of this place or visit the surroundings and Florence is a short drive away.

Betony Cottage develops over one level with a mezzanine.

Ground floor: kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and moka; two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Mezzanine: living area with fireplace and a double sofa bed.

Outside area: private swimming pool (10.5m x 7.5m - depth from 1.20m to 1.40m) with Jacuzzi area, BBQ, furnished garden, veranda and covered parking.

Facilities: private pool, BBQ, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, moka, sat TV, CD/DVD reader, washing machine, safe, internet WIFI, covered parking.

PLEASE NOTE: the owners live in a villa in front. However the two properties have different entrances from different roads and the pool and outside area are at exclusive use of the guests.
