🚗 Access to the Property
Our property is only accessible by car. You must have your own vehicle or rent one. The house is located in the countryside, on top of a hill. Public transportation is available only in Montelupo Fiorentino (5 km away), so driving is the only way to reach us.

• Cleaning fee: €50
• During check-in, you will be asked to present valid ID documents for registration with the local authorities (a requirement for all hosts in the Florence area).

🐾 Our Dogs
We have two small dachshunds. They are very friendly and do not bite, but they will bark (they are dogs, after all!). Please keep this in mind if you or any of your guests are uncomfortable around dogs.

Beautiful 120 m² apartment on the ground floor (no stairs) of a charming three-family house, originally a 14th-century tower. Features include:
• Renovated original stone walls and stunning historic ceilings
• Outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue

Its excellent location near Montelupo Fiorentino, famous for its pottery, allows easy access to:

The pool area, sauna, barbecue, gardens, and playground are shared with other guests.
Please note: access to the pool and playground is via stairs.

🛣 Important: Access Road
The road to the property is unpaved and uphill, passing through a forest before reaching the top of the hill.
• Any car can drive up, but please proceed slowly and carefully due to uneven terrain and potholes.
• The road is public and maintained by the municipality, so unfortunately, we cannot make improvements to it. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

🏠 About the Property

The owners live on the property, near your apartment.

Your apartment is completely private, meaning you will not share any indoor spaces. Only the outdoor areas are shared with the other two holiday apartments on the property. These include:
• 2 Swimming pools
• Barbecue area
• Playground
• Gardens

Our outdoor spaces are very large, offering plenty of room to relax, keep a comfortable distance, and fully enjoy your vacation with family and friends.

If you need a cot or a high chair, please let us know when booking. Both are included free of charge!

👥 Extra Guests
If you are 5 or 6 guests, you can choose to have:

• 1 double sofa-bed

• 1 folding bed

The additional cost is €15 per person, per night. If you enter the total number of guests when booking, this fee will be automatically calculated in the final price.

🏊 The Pool Area
• Both pools are shared with other guests and the owners.
• It is closed from early October until the end of April and is not heated.
• During summer, our friends and family may also use the pool occasionally.

We sometimes organize lunches and celebrations. We would be delighted to have you join us if you wish! 😊

The owners live in the apartment at the first floor (door on the left) and are available at any time.

🚗 Access to the Property

A vehicle is absolutely necessary to reach the property and move around, as we are located outside the city center and on a hill.

After the main road, you will need to drive approximately 800 meters on an unpaved uphill road through the woods to reach the gate of the property.
• The road is not difficult, but it does have some potholes.
• Please drive slowly and carefully.

Upon arrival, you will receive a remote control for the gate, so you can access the property independently.

Very charming spot nestled on a hillside. The host was very responsible and the place very clean. Highly recommend if you want some peace and tranquility in the Tuscan countryside. Recommend a vehicle that can take on unpacked road on a steep gradient if you have a car rental.
