🚗 Access to the Property
Our property is only reachable by car. You must have your own vehicle or rent one.
We are located in the countryside, on a hill, and public transportation is only available in Montelupo Fiorentino (5 km away).

💰 Payment Upon Arrival (Cash Only)
• Cleaning fee: €40
• During check-in, you will be asked to present valid ID documents for registration with the local authorities (a mandatory requirement for all hosts in the Florence area).

🐾 Our Dogs
We have two small dachshunds. They are very friendly and do not bite, but they will bark (they are dogs, after all!). Please keep this in mind if you or any of your guests are uncomfortable around dogs.

A beautiful 90 m² apartment located on the 1st floor (16 steps), recently renovated in a charming three-family house originally built as a 14th-century tower.
• Striking ceiling with exposed wooden beams, typical of Tuscan architecture

Located near Montelupo Fiorentino (4.5 km), famous for its pottery, and within easy reach of:

🏊 Shared Facilities

The pool area, barbecue area, and gardens are shared with the other guests.
Access to the pool and playground is by stairs.

🛣 Access Road

The road leading to our property is unpaved and uphill, passing through a forest before reaching the top of the hill.
• Any car can drive up, but please proceed slowly and watch out for potholes.
• The road is public and maintained by the municipality, so unfortunately, we are not allowed to make improvements to it. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding (we’ve tried everything we could!).

🏠 About the Property

The owners live on the property, near your apartment.

Your apartment is completely private, meaning you will not share any indoor spaces. Only the outdoor areas are shared with the other two holiday apartments on the property. These include:
• 2 Swimming pools
• Barbecue area
• Playground
• Gardens

Our outdoor spaces are very large, offering plenty of room to relax, keep a comfortable distance, and fully enjoy your vacation with family and friends.

👶 Traveling with Babies
If you need a cot or a high chair, please let us know when booking. Both are included free of charge!

👥 Extra Guests
If you are 5 or 6 guests, you can choose to have:

• 1 folding bed
• 1 double sofa-bed

The additional cost is €15 per person, per night. If you enter the total number of guests when booking, this fee will be automatically calculated in the final price.

🏊 The Pool Area
• Both pools are shared with other guests and the owners.
• It is closed from early October until the end of April and is not heated.
• During summer, our friends and family may also use the pool occasionally.

We sometimes organize lunches or dinners and would be delighted to have you join us if you wish! 😊

Please be considerate of all guests by keeping the shared areas tidy and clean. This ensures a pleasant experience for everyone.

👥 Assistance During Your Stay

The owners live right in front of the apartment and are available at any time.
If you need anything or have any questions during your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re always happy to help!

🚗 Access to the Property

A vehicle is absolutely necessary to reach the property and move around, as we are located outside the city center and on a hill.

After the main road, you will need to drive approximately 800 meters on an unpaved uphill road through the woods to reach the gate of the property.
• The road is not difficult, but it does have some potholes.
• Please drive slowly and carefully.

Upon arrival, you will receive a remote control for the gate, so you can access the property independently.
