The property is accessed through a wide gate, framed by elegant cypress and olive trees, leading to a meticulously landscaped garden with night lighting, divided into four areas by two refined gravel paths. The villa is not fenced, but offers spacious outdoor areas surrounded by nature.

Within the garden, there is a beautiful private swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, perfect for enjoying the Tuscan sun.

On the left side of the villa, a large covered patio features a spacious dining table, barbecue, and a comfortable lounge area, with direct access to the kitchen through a French door. Next to the dining area, a short flight of stairs leads to a second outdoor lounge with armchairs and sofas, ideal for relaxing.
A separate annex houses a traditional wood-fired oven.

The villa also offers ample parking and a lush olive grove, enhancing the serene and natural atmosphere. The outdoor spaces are ideal for enjoying moments of true relaxation amidst the Tuscan landscape.

🚪 Entrance
From the gate, following the gravel path, you reach the main entrance leading to a spacious hall with exposed vaulted ceilings and terracotta flooring, typical of the Tuscan tradition.

From here, you can access the living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, while straight ahead you’ll find the first full bathroom and the staircase to the upper floors.
