Hotel vicino a Monterey Beach - Lavallette

“The Lamplight, as always, was spotless and well-maintained. The location can’t be beat- a block from the beach and super close to restaurants, shops and bars. My only wish is that each room would be supplied with its own Keurig. One of the treats of staying in a motel is waking up and having a coffee in your bedroom before you even get dressed. While coffee is available at the motel, I’d be happier not having to go outside and sometimes downstairs to get my morning caffeine fix!”

“The 2 bedroom house was great. I have to be honest at 1st i thought it was a little sketchy, since i booked through 1 motel and when i called to confirm they couldn't find my reservation at 1st but eventually did. Then i was told i had to check in at a different motel to get the key to the house. It all ended up working out and the guy was super nice the house was very clean and everything was great just no washer or dryer i like to wash my clothes before going home so i don't have to do a...

“The room was clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable, and the table and chairs were a nice addition. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.”

“Safe Comfortable. Clean. The bed is the most comfortable I've had the pleasure of sleeping on ,amongst 2 dozen different motels. Even the "Hilton" doesn't compare. Just all around lovely. & Joe's A nice guy. ”

“Hotel non nuovo ma pulito e ben vissuto (maggior parte famiglie con bimbi e ragazzi giovani). Comodo al mare e compreso si ha l'accesso in spiaggia gratis. Internet è lento. Ha la piscina piccolina ma c'è. Parcheggio incluso per auto e moto. Non male se si vuole risparmiare e avere le comodità.”

“Overall, it was a good, solid place to stay for more than a week. Laid back, and staff that didn't bother you. Nice location, right on the water. No coffee machine in the office nor in the room, so visit Dave at Ma's across the street for a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. A little further down is a 7-11. Avoid Boathouse401 at all costs. They call cops at the drop of a hat. ”

“I booked a room on short notice and only needed a place to sleep. The accommodations were moderate and the price was not too high ($114.00) after some discounts. It was late April and it was in the 50's outside. The heater barely worked and stayed very cool all night. It had no carpet, just tile, so it was cold to walk on. The bed came with a cover sheet and bed spread, but no quilt. The ad promised a partial water view but the room they gave only faced the parking lot. The room was clean and...

“Typical outdated room, it was clean enough to stay one night. Room was next to the parking spaces so you heard the older couples with loud bikes that were staying next door come and go. ”

“Dirty place. Smelled like pot. Outlets in the room where hungging from the wall. Beds felt like sleeping in plywood and had metal box frame that made so much noise. The only good thing was that was not carpet in the room. Also the curtain rod in the bathroom was falling off etc etc etc”

“The room was very clean . The staff was friendly and let us in early . The place is a little dated but other than that if your looking for a clean property that won’t break the bank , this is your place .”
