“We couldn’t use the TV system because the system is not “ random “ password acceptable and our phone doesn’t accept such a non- safe wifi system. We could not watch anything using the TV. You should tell guests when they check in. Otherwise, we don’t know what to do with it.”

“This is a nice hotel with great views (ocean view side). I took off 1 star due mainly to the breakfast being a little disappointing. The pastries were small and seemed like the plastic wrapped kind you might get at a convenience store, and overall the options were pretty limited.”

“The property was perfect. Clean, well maintained and the staff was kind and always ready to help. The only thing we had to watch the charges on our bill. For some reason they were charging an extra $10 a day for Valet parking. They were apologetic and fixed the problem daily.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay at the Stevenson Monterey. I was fortunate to have a quiet corner room on the third floor, which turned out to be the perfect place to relax after long days of exploring. The location was one of the biggest highlights. I didn't get in my car to drive somewhere at all during my stay. Alta Bakery, Ad Astra Bread Co., Trader Joe's, and several excellent restaurants were all within easy walking distance. “Carino, Manca ascensore per salire con le valigie, troppa polvere su moquette, tappeto e cuscineria sopra il letto. Mancanza di finestre in camera e nel bagno. Presente solo un piccolo lucernario in alto, impossibile aprire là finestra, Letto a molle molto scomodo. Non vale il Prezzo ”

“We love this hotel. It's within walking distance to Alvarado Street and other shops/restaurants, the rooms are always clean and a noon checkout time is such a bonus. The staff is always polite and helpful. We've never had a bad stay. The pool was cold this time and the lock is very janky, however My key wouldn't work and neither would the maintenance guy's, but he was great and got the gate open.”
