“Had an ocean view room with a balcony. Saw otters and dolphins from our room. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to canary row, aquarium and wharf. Will be staying here any time we are in Monterey.”

“We booked this hotel because it was new. Everything was almost spotless. Front desk employees were friendly, be patient with Linda-- she appeared to be in training. Overall great and will return because all the minor issues were taken care quickly. 2 main things: we were not notified that there would be a band playing in the courtyard from 7 to 9 on Friday night.
