Capsule Hotel a Monterosso al Mare

“Appartamento delizioso, completo di tutti i confort. I proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato”

“Excelent hotel. Classi and good location One challenge is to get there by car. Staff were exceptional”

“Es una habitación muy muy pequeña, no tiene caso que tenga cocina ni se antoja pasar un rato en el cuarto, el acceso es con escaleras a desniveles, no aptas para personas mayores de 60 años. No se pueden abrir las ventanas, porque dan a los pasillos, no dan a la calle o panorámicas, el baño no tiene ventana, dicen que te van ayudar con las maletas y no lo hacen, no me gustó.”

“We loved staying at Sophia House! The listing was very similar to what was pictured and a great location in Monterosso. Felt quiet and secluded even though it was near all the shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.”

“137 stairs to access so be ready to sweat carrying your luggage up. The walk from the train station isn’t bad until you get to the stairs to the building. But that’s is to be expected in Cinque Terre and you are rewarded by the view which was quintessential Cinque Terre. The balcony was lovely especially in the evening. During our stay it was hot so the fans were helpful but it was still quite warm. The rooms were very spacious and nicely appointed. The steps didn’t bother us coming and going...

“The AC exhaust pipe was left in the room so hot air flows in.. 79 steps to go up the apartment so if you're brave go for it.”

“The best thing about the apartment is that it's close to the beach in a quiet area. It's an easy walk to restaurants or the city center. The wifi worked great. The apartment feels adequate, but not special. For example, artwork was lacking (e.g., a small picture on a huge wall) and the couch was covered with a sheet. The bathroom throw rugs weren't clean. The toilet seat was cracked and would pinch you. The front window did not secure adequately so you must put down the shade for security. ...

“Ligger väldigt bra. Nära till allt. Bra boende”

“Matteo’s flat was absolutely perfect. He had everything we would possibly need - oil and vinegar for salads and cooking, coffee for the mornings, extra pillows and towels. The rooftop terrace was perfect. We could have sat there all day and night taking in the sea and the small town. All of his recommendations for food were perfect. Be sure to visit his family’s restaurant as well as the one right across the street. We got takeout from there our first night and dined Al fresco from the terrace...

“Cute little place right down the street from the beach in Monterosso, complete with all the wonderful restaurants, coffee bars, etc. Very close to train station. Nice balcony overlooking the neighborhood fruit trees. It was great to be able to walk a couple hundred yards to the beach, shopping and eateries.”
