Less than 100 meters from the "Gigante" beach, near Villa Montale, in a quiet street, you will find the studio located on the ground floor; it consists of a bedroom with a French bed (140 x 200 cm) for two people and a single sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom.
It's equipped with air conditioning / heating, wifi, television. In the spacious garden (for the exclusive use of guests) under the cool shade of the great magnolia, there's a table with chairs where you can eat, relax and rest.
The proximity to the sea and at the same time the tranquility of its location make HOME BY THE SEA the ideal place to spend a holiday in Monterosso.
Just 80 meters from the apartment you will find the Bagni Fegina bathing establishment.
You will enter the apartment following a self-check in procedure, collecting the keys from the safe fixed AT THE RIGTH of garden gate. You must send via booking or watsapp or telegram photos of documents of all guests, including children (passport or identity card or driver's license) within the day before the check in. As soon as I receive the photos of the documents I will send you all the instructions to get to the apartment by car or train and the safe code.
Monterosso Council has recently introduced a “Guest Tax” of euro 2 x Person a day (older than 12 years old) for the first 3 days of stay. The GuestTax” will be collected by the host upon arrival, you will have to pay it cash and you will be given a receipt.

Si compone di una camera con un letto alla francese (140 x 200 cm) per due persone e un divano letto singolo, angolo cottura, bagno. E' dotato di aria condizionata / riscaldamento, wifi, televisione. Nell'ampio giardino, sotto l'ombra fresca della grande magnolia, c'è un tavolo con sedie dove si può mangiare, rilassarsi e riposare.
