Completely renovated, just 80 meters from the sea and from the beginning of the promenade, near the Giant's Beach, 5 minutes walk from the station and car parking, the flat is at the first floor of the building and is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning, TV, three double bedrooms (two double beds 160x200cm and two single beds 90x200 plus one children's bed ) two bathrooms and a living room/fully equipped kitchen with a double sofa bed (160x200). The leaving room has a terrace overlooking the garden with table and chairs.
The proximity to the sea and at the same time the tranquility of its location make HOME BY THE SEA the ideal place to spend a holiday in Monterosso.
You will enter the apartment following a self-check in procedure, collecting the keys from the safe fixed AT THE RIGTH of condominium gate. You must send via booking or watsapp or telegram photos of documents of all guests, including children (passport or identity card or driver's license) within the day before the check in. As soon as I receive the photos of the documents I will send you all the instructions to get to the apartment by car or train and the safe code.
Monterosso Council has recently introduced a “Guest Tax” of euro 2 x Person a day (older than 12 years old) for the first 3 days of stay. The GuestTax” will be collected by the host upon arrival, you will have to pay it cash and you will be given a receipt.
