Casa vacanze nel Chianti Fiorentino a mezz'ora da Firenze

La Locanda del Podestà è una vecchia dimora realizzata intorno al Seicento. Ubicata nel centro storico di Montespertoli sulla via Volterrana dista mezz’ora da Firenze. Montespertoli si trova in mezzo alle colline del chianti in una posizione baricentrica rispetto alle maggiori città d’arte della Toscana. In poco meno di un’ora si raggiungono San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Siena, Volterra, Livorno, Pisa e Lucca.

La casa è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti e tutti gli spazi sono liberamente utilizzabili. È sviluppata su due piani con due ingressi distinti, uno dal lato del garage, dove ci sono due posti auto coperti e due scoperti, e l’altro ingresso si trova nella piazza antistante la casa dove si accede direttamente al centro storico. La villa offre 12 posti letto disposti in cinque camere da letto, di cui una collocata nel soppalco, e un divano letto nel salotto principale al piano terra, quattro bagni e due cucine, una al piano terreno e una al piano primo. Oltre ad avere una terrazza con vista sulla campagna la villa ha una piccola piscina oltre ad un cortile dove è possibile mangiare all’aperto e usufruire del barbecue.

La residenza non dispone di aria condizionata ma solo di ventilatori. In inverno l’utilizzo del riscaldamento è compreso nel prezzo della casa, ma il suo utilizzo è limitato (per ordinanza comunale) nel periodo che va dal 01/11 al 15/04 per un massimo di 10 ore al giorno (salvo particolari condizioni metereologiche avverse) e impostato su una temperatura massima di 21°. La piccola piscina è aperta da Aprile a Settembre.

L’accesso alla villa può avvenire anche in maniera autonoma a seconda delle esigenze, le istruzioni dettagliate verranno comunicate solo ad avvenuta prenotazione e in procinto dell’arrivo per concordarsi in maniera efficace sull’arrivo. Il check-in è dopo le ore 16:00, salvo particolari esigenze valutate a seconda della situazione, ed il checkout deve avvenire entro e non oltre le ore 10:00. All’arrivo è necessario fornire i documenti di ciascun ospiti per la registrazione sulle varie piattaforme. Lascio agli ospiti il loro spazio ma sono sempre disponibile per chiarimenti o per consigli e per rispondere alle varie esigenze.

The Locanda del Podestà is an old mansion built around the seventeenth century. Located in the historic center of Montespertoli on Via Volterrana, half an hour from Florence. Montespertoli is located in the middle of the Chianti hills in a baricentric position with respect to the major art cities of Tuscany. In just under an hour you can reach San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Siena, Volterra, Livorno, Pisa and Lucca.

The house is for the exclusive use of guests and all spaces are freely usable. It is developed on two floors with two separate entrances, one from the side of the garage, where there are two covered and two uncovered parking spaces, and the other entrance is located in the square in front of the house where you can directly access the historic center. The villa offers 12 beds arranged in five bedrooms, one of which is located in the loft, and a sofa bed in the main living room on the ground floor, four bathrooms and two kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. In addition to having a terrace overlooking the countryside, the villa has a small swimming pool as well as a courtyard where you can eat outdoors and enjoy the barbecue.

The residence does not have air conditioning but only fans. In winter the use of heating is included in the price of the house, but its use is limited (by municipal ordinance) in the period from 01/11 to 15/04 for a maximum of 10 hours a day (except for particular adverse weather conditions) and set to a maximum temperature of 21 °. The small swimming pool is open from April to September.

Access to the villa can also take place autonomously depending on the needs, the detailed instructions will be communicated only after booking and on the verge of arrival to effectively agree on arrival. Check-in is after 16:00, except for special needs assessed depending on the situation, and the checkout must take place no later than 10:00. Upon arrival it is necessary to provide the documents of each guest for registration on the various platforms. I leave their space to the guests but they are always available for clarifications or advice and to respond to various needs.
