Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub für uns, die Mutter des Gastgebers war vor Ort und unheimlich freundlich und Hilfsbereit, besonders zu den Kindern, der Ort ist sehr malerisch und angenehm ruhig und die Landschaft ein Traum mit Ausflugszielen in der näheren Umgebung. Können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Belle et spacieuse location, très bien équipée ( électro-ménager, linge, fournitures diverses et mobilier de jardin ... ), dans un cadre reposant. A beautiful apartment in the hills of Tuscany. A great place to stay in a quiet town with lots of places to explore (day trips) such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. You will need a car to stay here. There are shops just a short walk away for essentials. There are also several restaurants in town. The views are magical and the apartment is spacious with everything you need.

The apartment is located in Monteverdi Marittimo, a small Tuscan village with approximately 800 inhabitants, about 25 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea.The owner also lives in the house on the upper floor. We received an exceptionally warm welcome and were very well looked after. The apartment is spacious, fully and practically furnished, and remains cool even on hot days.Internet access is available throughout the house, though the signal isn't consistently strong everywhere.Guests are welcome to use the beautiful garden, planted with olive and fig trees, and the complete set of garden furniture and umbrellas.It's a wonderful place to relax, take excursions into the surrounding countryside or to the sea. We felt very comfortable and would love to return.Many thanks again for their warm and lovely welcome and support.

Einfach zum wohlfühlen

Mal davon abgesehen, dass die Wohnung alles hat was man braucht und noch viel viel mehr, wurden wir mit absoluter Herzlichkeit empfangen. Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohlgefühlt und haben die Ruhe in der ruhig gelegenen weitläufigen Wohnung absolut genossen. Wir bedanken uns für den entspannten Aufenthalt.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! In der großen FeWo befindet sich alles was man braucht. Die Mutter des Vermieters empfängt einen, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren ja vor 2 Jahren schon einmal zu Gast. Auch jetzt war es wieder toll, auch wenn das Wetter nicht optimal war. Wir haben wieder tolle Ausflüge gemacht, sind sogar bis Rom (250 km) per Tagesausflug gekommen. Jederzeit gern wieder.

Kurze Zusammenfassung einer Familie mit 3 Kindern (1, 4 und 7).- neuwertige und voll funktionstüchtige Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine- super Atmosphäre- Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet- zum Meer sind es ca. 30 minWir waren knapp zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und können diese zu 100% empfehlen.Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut.

Danke für die schöne Zeit

Wir haben uns in der schönen großen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und Frühstück auf der Terrasse genossen. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen hübschen Dorf in traumhafter Toskana-Umgebung. Beim Yoga im Garten zwischen Oliven- und Feigenbäumen war ich glücklich. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Vielen lieben Dank für die wundervollen Tage in liebevoller Umgebung.

Lovely stay!

Staying at Andrea’s home was like being at home. We’ve been there for a month as a family of 4 and a dog. Guiliana is a wonderful woman who helped with all concerns. Cute Italian style apartment equipped with everything you need. It’s very quiet and peaceful in the area. If you’re looking for a place remote and in the mountains this is your spot! 1 woche urlaub mit 2 Kindern

Der Aufenthalt war toll, die Vermieter sehr nett und die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Man braucht nichts mitzunehmen. Auch spülmittel und taps sind da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kamen bestens erholt nach Hause. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Ort, wenig touristisch, mit altem Ortskern und schöner Umgebung. Genügend Möglichkeiten, zum Essen und Einkaufen direkt im Ort. Größere Orte sind nicht weit, auch das Meer. Die Wohnung ist groß, gut ausgestattet, ruhig mit tollem Garten und schönem Blick und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ortskern. Die Fenster und Rollläden könnten repariert werden, sind schwergängig, das hat aber nicht wirklich gestört. Der Kontakt mit der im selben Haus wohnenden Mutter der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entspannt. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würde wieder dort wohnen.

Nette urtümliche Ferienwohnung

Schöne große Wohnung mit etwas altertümlicher Möblierung, Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Sehr nette Vermieterin, gute Lokale in der Nähe. Strand ist sehr weit weg. Begrenzte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gut geeignet für ambitionierte Radfahrer und Wanderer.

A really nice location

It was a perfect stay! The flat is really nice and provided everything we needed. Whenever we had a question, Andrea provided us with an answer within a few minutes. He arranged a reservation in a restaurant or sent us a link to buy high quality olive oil. And his Mom was amazing. Although she spoke only Italian and we did not understand or speak an Italian, she was giving us such a warm feeling. Thank you for making our holidays a stay with friends!

Alles Perfekt Wir haben uns dort sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.Giuliana die Mutter von Andrea Donati ist eine so liebe und Herzensgute Frau, die uns immer geholfen hat und uns jeden machbaren Wunsch erfüllt hat.Danke Giuliania, für den leckeren Kuchen, Feigen und die Tomaten.Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht, es hat an nichts gefehlt.Natürlich ist alles schon ein bißchen älter, aber es hat uns nicht gestört, ganz im Gegenteil, hatte so den toskanischen Charme. Der Ort Monteverdi Marittimo, ist traumhaft schön und vorallen sehr ruhig.Wir werden unseren nächsten Toskana Urlaub, definitiv wieder dort buchen.Mit viel Wehmut haben wir nach 14 Tagen dort Abschied genommen.Giuliana, die Ferienwohnung und der Ort werden für immer in unserer Erinnerung bleiben .

Wonderful spot in the warm heart of Tuscany

We stayed here in Monteverdi for a month with our two older kids (and our dog) and had an amazing stay - we didn't want to leave! The whole family is so warm and welcoming. They made us feel like family and helped us with anything needed. The town is in the hills about 30 min from the sea and it was so easy to drive to various towns, cities, and natural sights like the geothermal museum. We could easily walk to the grocery and restaurants within 5 minutes and enjoyed the local thermal baths (Terme Di Sassetta was magical) and the hikes as well. We also had the most fun making pasta with the family, which was such a special treat. We highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to explore the hill regions of Tuscany and the surrounding towns. We were able to do day trips to San Gimignano, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Saturnia hot springs, and Volterra among others - they were all 1-2.5 hrs away. We loved our time in Italy and we love the people there - especially Andres, Tania, Dante, and Giuliana. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We hope to return one day.

Sehr weiträumige und nett gelegene Unterkunft

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in Monteverdi Marittimo, wobei die Wohnung bei Hitze einen komfortablen Rückzugsort darstellte. Die Gastmutter Guiliana ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch, der wie ihr Sohn stets für uns ansprechbar war. Ihr Sohn Andrea koordiniert in englischer Sprache und stand uns mit vielen Tipps und Links zum Erkunden der Umgebung zur Seite. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine und Lüfter stehen zur Verfügung. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, wenn es nicht ganz so heiß ist. Sonnenschirme und Gartenmöbel stehen bereit. Auch der Ort Monteverdi ist sehr nett. Es gibt zwei urige Einkaufsläden mit Lebensmitteln für den täglichen Gebrauch sowie drei Lokale mit typisch toskanischer Karte. Das Meer ist nicht weit (ca. 30 min entfernt), empfehlen können wir den Hundestrand bei Donoratico, wo kaum Hunde zu sehen sind, sowie die Bucht Baratti. Aber auch vom Haus aus kann man Spaziergänge mit tollen Aussichten machen. Städte wie z.B..Florenz, Pisa und Siena sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr viel vielseitiger Urlaub an einem ruhigen toskanischen Ort bei herzlichen Menschen!

Schöner Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen von der Mama des Vermieters. Das Haus machte von Anfang an einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Es war alles nötige vorhanden. ( Handtücher, Bettwäsche und sogar ein Föhn) Wir fühlten uns direkt sehr wohl. Der Platz in der Wohnung war für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder groß genug. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung im Haus wirkt auf den ersten Blick nicht mehr ganz neu, doch ist sehr gemütlich und hat für einen großen Wohlfühlfaktor gesorgt. Nach kürzester Zeit fühlten wir uns Zuhause mitten in der Toskana. Durch den Vorteil, dass die Mutter des Vermieters mit im Haus lebt, war bei Anliegen oder Fragen immer ein Ansprechpartner vorhanden. Der Ort ist wie man sich einen kleines Dorf in der Toskana vorstellt. Die Menschen sind überaus nett und hilfsbereit für das leibliche Wohl ist durch mehrere kleine typische Restaurants gesorgt. Die Entfernung zum Strand und der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist wie in der Beschreibung. Da man in mitten der schönsten Städte der Toskana liegt, war die Auswahl an Möglichkeiten sehr hoch. Für Kultur Kunst und Geschichte ist gesorgt wie auch für Spass, Sonnenbaden am Strand und Entspannung. Wir fanden für jeden das passende und so wurde unser Urlaub ein voller Erfolg.

semaine dans la montagne toscane

bon accueil par la maman d'Andrea et bonne communication malgré la barrière de la langue. Logement ancien, mais bien équipé (lave vaisselle et machine a laver) village plein de vie et d'activité, un peu éloigné de la mer et des grandes villes, compté 45 minutes. il a fait très chaud lors de notre semaine heureusement qu'il y avait 2 ventilateurs. bonne continuation a vous

Toskana außerhalb der größeren Städte

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Juniwochen in dieser großzügigen, wunderbar ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht! Hier waren nicht nur Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sondern sogar Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett vorhanden... Der Kontakt zu Andrea und Giuliana klappte hervorragend! Der kleine Ort wurde in den bisherigen Bewertungen schon gut beschrieben, hervorheben möchten wir zudem noch die Trattoria mit ihren köstlichen regionalen Gerichten. Wenn man die Toskana kennenlernen möchte, die nicht die der klassischen Postkarten ist, sondern die das Leben der kleinen Orte inmitten der Natur erleben lässt, ist man in Monteverdi genau richtig. Man trifft in der Gegend auf Wildschweine, Rehe und Eulen, mit viel Glück soll man auch Füchsen und Dachsen begegnen können. Immer einen Besuch wert fanden wir die kleinen Märkte in den umliegenden Dörfern und Städtchen, die weit mehr als nur kulinarische Stände boten. Wenn man sich darauf einstellt, viel mit dem Auto unterwegs zu sein, um das Umfeld kennenzulernen, kann man eine eindrucksvolle Region mit äußerst freundlichen Menschen erleben. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Große Wohnung mit toskanischen Flair und großem Garten

Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen toskanischen Dorf mit alten schönen Gassen. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Herzliche Gastgeberin wohnt direkt darüber. Gemütlicher großer Garten lädt zum Spielen und Ausruhen ein.
