This apartment is decorated with Art Nouveau furniture. It’s spacious and very quiet.
The terrace, shared with the rest of the building, is over 100 square meters and includes a barbecue area, a winter garden, a wooden sun deck, a gazebo, and a small pool, as well as nearly 80 trees and plants!
The pool is just for cooling off and can accommodate three or four people at a time. It’s sort of like a hot tub, but without the bubbles. It’s perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or stargazing at night thanks to its transparent roof.
The house features two incredible stained-glass windows in perfect condition.
There’s also a free laundry room shared with the rest of the building.
There’s an additional dining room shared with the rest of the building, in case you have guests over for dinner or a birthday celebration.

The apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs, equivalent to a second floor. There is another short flight of stairs leading to the terrace.
