“We had a lovely time at Phineas Swann. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms and common area were comfortable and clean. Hot tub was a bonus! We will be back!”

“The property was rustic from the outside, but warm, clean and cozy on the inside. We had a large efficiency room that had a full size bed, a twin and a twin trundle. There was a mini fridge, microwave, electric hotplate, toaster oven and coffee maker for us to use, as well as a small table. We met the owner upon arrival and he was kind and able to make suggestions for dinner in the area. Though, we didn't bring out pets, we could hear dogs in other rooms, making me assume it was pet friendly. ”

“Owners are attentive and easy to reach at all times. Clean, comfortable rooms. I’ve stayed here many times and slept on a couch bed 3 times, getting the best sleep I had in months. The two rooms we have stayed in have everything needed to reheat and eat mesls. I just discovered the full kitchen and lounge for guests. No TVs in rooms, but WiFi allows using a laptop or phone for that, or go to common area TV. Restaurant (great food)) has different owners who don’t always stay open as posted, so...
