“Lovely feel to the cottage. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Wifi a bit sketchy at times but pretty good on the whole. We loved the outside verandah which was beautiful in the afternoon and evening sun and great for a BBQ. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vicarage Cottage. It is indeed ‘a hidden gem’ and we would highly recommend it to future guests. The sizeable kitchen, cosy lounge, small landing and exquisitely decorated bedroom all contribute towards a most unique holiday destination. All communication with the hosts was positive and helpful. With many thanks to John and Paul for sharing this beautifully restored cottage with us. ”

“I liked this glamping POD, it was cosy with a working toilet and shower. The hot tub was excellent, we spent a lot of time in it. It was not inflatable but a real one that could hold 4-6 people. It was self check in so there was no issues getting in, when we arrived around 8.30pm. This is glamping so bring: Washing detergent Cleaning sponges and clothes Your own towels and robes Toilet roll Good knifes for cutting Any other non saucepan related items Knives and forks Call me crazy, but when i...

“Had to change our original booking due to my Sons work commitments Daniel responded very quickly and allowed us to move our stay with no issue at all Cottage is off the beaten track in a beautiful and quiet location easy check in, clean and well equipped, everything needed for a short or long stay. Very cosy with the log burner, there is a little shop on site with homemade jam, marmalade and honey delicious even had a visit from a couple of sheep which my Grandson loved really couldn’t fault it...

“There are plenty of places I banged my head: the entrance door and the low rafter upstairs hallway. All in all nice location, at least set back somewhat from the road and a since creek running right next to the property. Slight mildew smell, which could be fixed by a dehumidifier. Kitchen was modern and pleasant to use with a small hotel fridge.”
